Holiday Clinic Alert! - hitting the ground running - all punn intended.

Synergy Speed Science are hosting their Summer School holiday clinic.

Who: All School aged

When: Friday January 10th 9am - 10.30am

Where: Fearnley Dawes Athletic Track 

What: $40 per athlete = (coaching / track entry$5) 

Session will include: Speed / acceleration / power / technique/ plyometrics / introduction to strength and conditioning.

Why:  working all energy systems, your foot placement and movement patterns. Providing athletes with understanding of how to use their biomechanics to reach maximum speed and power. A clinic targeted at teaching athletes about the transference of power and speed, the adaptation of training sessions to build speed, for the up and coming progressive athletics season and team sports.
Additionally, nutrition and hydration is a constant battle for parents and coaches to educate and provide guidance, within this clinic we have a specialized component to address this and provide athletes and parents with practical and useful information to take home.

Plus: it will be fun. 

Equipment needed: joggers / spikes / boots / blocks (not required but optional / drink bottle / game face. 

Great timing to transfer into block starts and learn in a small group environment with big energy
