Term 3 registration is now OPEN! Head over to our sessions page and see the current class options for the term ahead. Registration will strictly close on the 19th July 2024. The class numbers will be capped so to avoid disappointment be sure to register ASAP!

Term 1 — Team Sports
As team sports aren’t linear, this session will delve into the techniques required to compete in 360 degree competition, such as change of direction, agility, reaction, body positioning, jumping and landing. Athletes will learn the footwork required to compete in complex evasion situations as well as curvilinear running and lateral movements. Sessions taught in a fun competition based environment. Top team sports athletes aren’t always the fastest, however they do think the fastest. Get an edge over the competition by being one step ahead of your opponent.

Term 1 — Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions will be designed to individually address each athlete's needs and experience level. Athlete programs will assist the development of muscular strength, power, and endurance while enhancing trunk stability, awareness, and whole-body mobility and flexibility.

Term 1 — Track
This program welcomes athletes of all levels, from sprinters to team players, tailoring sessions to individual goals. Coaches focus on technique, speed, power, and endurance through drills and personalized feedback. Sessions suit ages 8 and above, grouping athletes by age and goals, allowing for potential group rotations during activities.
