Holiday Clinic Alert! - hitting the ground running - all punn intended.

Synergy Speed Science are hosting their ZONE and REGIONAL athletics preparation holiday clinic.

Who: All ages 8+

When: Wednesday 10th July 10:30am = 12:30pm

Where: Fearnley Dawes Athletic Track 

What: $50 per athlete (includes gst, snack + track entry$5) 

Session will include: block starts / speed / power / technique/ race modelling

Why:  working all energy systems, your foot placement and movement patterns. Providing athletes with understanding of how to use their biomechanics to reach maximum speed and power. A clinic targeted at teaching athletes about the transference of power and speed, the adaptation of training sessions to build speed, for the up and coming progressive athletics carnivals.

Plus: it will be fun. 

Equipment needed: joggers / spikes / blocks (not required but optional / drink bottle / game face. 

Great timing to transfer into block starts and learn in a small group environment with big energy
